Here we come to the very pinnacle of history-The Death of Jesus Christ. We see how the "soul of his suffering was the suffering of his soul". He became a curse on the cross and bore our sins as the Lamb of God. Only through his substitutionary atonement can we be made right with God, and how will we escape if we spurn this great gift that God has given?
